Day 1

Istanbul • Hurghada

Meeting at Istanbul Airport International Terminal. Depart for Hurghada with Turkish Airlines. After arrival, we'll go to our hotel to relax. We'll complete the check-in process and have a full day of free time to enjoy our Hurghada hotel.

Day 2

Hurghada • Luxor

After breakfast at the hotel, we depart for Luxor. In Luxor, we will explore the west bank of the Nile. The Valley of the Kings contains the tombs of many pharaohs, dug deep into the mountains. After visiting the temple dedicated to the female pharaoh Hatshepsut, we will have dinner at a local restaurant. We will depart for our hotel for the overnight stay in Luxor.

Day 3

Luxor

After breakfast at the hotel, we will head to Karnak Temple, Egypt's largest temple complex, located on the east bank of the Nile River. This UNESCO World Heritage site took hundreds of years to build, with each pharaoh adding to its structure, creating what is arguably the largest ancient structure in the world. With its main corridor of 134 colossal columns, meter-high statues, obelisks, sphinxes, and prayer and burial areas, Karnak Temple will leave you impressed. After checking into our hotel and resting briefly, we will visit another impressive structure in Luxor, one of the most important cities of the Pharaonic era. It is particularly beautifully illuminated in the evenings. At the end of our tour, we will have dinner at a local restaurant. Overnight at our Luxor hotel.

Day 4

Luxor • Cairo

We arrive at Luxor Airport early in the morning and fly to Cairo, the northern Egyptian province, or Lower Egypt, also known as the delta region.

(Flight time and day may vary depending on flight availability.) Upon arrival in Cairo, we will visit the Pyramids of Giza, one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World (the Pyramid of Cheops, the Pyramid of Khafre, and the Pyramid of Mykerinos, the smallest of the Pyramids). (Entrance fees to the interior of the Pyramids are not included.) We will also see the giant human-headed lion statues, the sphinxes. (The Pyramid of Cheops was built by the Pharaoh Khufu (Cheops) in 2560 BC during the Fourth Dynasty. Its construction is thought to have taken over 20 years. It stands approximately 145.75 meters high.) Following this, we will visit the Cairo Museum, one of the world's most famous and richest museums in terms of its collection, a witness to five thousand years of history. After completing our museum tour, we continue our tour. We visit the Cairo Citadel, a hill overlooking Cairo that offers the most beautiful view of the city. On this hill, we see the Kavalali Mehmet Ali Pasha Mosque, built in the classical Ottoman style, as well as other valuable historical structures such as the Qalawun Mosque. We then visit the Tulunoğlu Mosque, the first Turkish structure in Egypt, and photograph the details of its impressive architecture. After completing our program, we have dinner, then return to the hotel and stay overnight.

Day 5

Cairo

After breakfast, we begin our tour by visiting Cairo's City of the Dead, one of the world's most impressive cemeteries, and visiting the tomb of Imam Shafi'i. Then, we head to Muizz Street, Cairo's most important thoroughfare, to examine the architectural monuments that transport us through different centuries of history. Among these structures are beautiful fountains (sebils), massive social complexes belonging to the Mamluk Sultans, mosques and caravanserais with Turkish inscriptions from the Ottoman period. After visiting Muizz Street, we visit Khalil Bazaar, Cairo's historic bazaar, and the Hazrat Hussein Mosque, where the head of Imam Hussein is buried. Following this, we take a panoramic view of Al-Azhar University. After completing our program, we'll have dinner. After dinner, return to the hotel and stay overnight.

Day 6

Cairo • Alexandria

After breakfast at the hotel, we set off to explore Alexandria. Alexandria is also one of Egypt's most important cities for tourism. On our panoramic city tour of Alexandria, we visit the Qaitbay Fortress, built from the ruins of the Lighthouse of Alexandria, one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World. We then visit the Abu'l-Abbas al-Mursi Mosque and the tomb of Imam Busayri, whose Qasida al-Burdah (Ode to the Prophet Muhammad), one of the great Islamic poets, captivated everyone. We see the Library of Alexandria from the outside and head to one of the local restaurants for dinner. Then, we have free time with our guide, after which we gather for reunion and depart for Alexandria Airport.

(There will be no overnight stay on the last night.)

Day 7

Alexandria • Istanbul

Departure to Istanbul with a scheduled flight with Turkish Airlines, the end of our enjoyable tour.

Important Information

•The hotels in the tour itinerary are an approximate list of hotels. Depending on local availability, accommodations at other hotels of the same standard may be possible. You can obtain exact hotel information from our agency 48 hours before the tour.

•Alcohol may be served in the hotels or restaurants used on the tours. Depending on regional availability, our company strives to use alcohol-free venues whenever possible. However, especially in Europe, hotels and restaurants serve alcohol.

•Triple rooms are provided based on hotel availability. Triple rooms offer an extra bed, and the third bed can be a smaller, fold-out bed. Guests wishing to stay in a triple room are deemed to have accepted this in advance.

•Child discounts are only valid for children staying with two adults.

•We recommend that guests with visas read our cancellation and refund policies and register for the tour when their visas are due. For European tours, we recommend registering two months in advance and completing your visa procedures one month prior to the tour. In the event of any visa-related issues, our company's cancellation and refund policies apply.

•Our company has no responsibility for visas obtained through our company. We only provide consulting services regarding the procurement, organization, and delivery of documents. If your visa is rejected, the visa fee paid is non-refundable. The cancellation and refund policies apply for refunds of tour fees.

•Please remember to bring slippers and a prayer mat with you on every tour. Depending on the conditions in the region you are traveling to, we may not always have access to a mosque or prayer room. Our guide will guide you to a suitable place to pray.

•Our guide reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary with the approval of our agency and to cancel certain visits due to weather conditions and/or force majeure. All guests participating in our tour are deemed to have accepted this.

•In cases where the consumer or agency cancels the tour, the refund will be refunded in the currency in which the guest paid and in the same manner as they paid. (For credit card payments in Turkish Lira, the Turkish Lira refund will be refunded. For foreign currency payments, the foreign currency refund will be refunded.)

•Airline companies have a sequential flight rule, as per protocol agreements. If the customer misses any flight leg, all remaining legs will be canceled. No cancellations, refunds, or changes can be made under any circumstances.

•We kindly request that our guests do not book individual domestic flights due to flight schedule changes or delays in connecting flights. A connecting domestic flight arranged by our company includes the next international flight. In the event of a delay on a domestic flight, a complimentary ticket will be issued for the next international flight.

•Our tour program is organized with a specific participation requirement. If sufficient participation is not achieved, the cancellation deadline is 20 days prior to tour departure. If the tour is canceled due to insufficient participation, you will be notified through the tour operator.

•If the tour program only provides category information without specifying a name and/or if there are options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by our agency 48 hours prior to departure.

•Tours may be combined with other agency tours. In such cases, Hünkar Turizm guests are responsible for Hünkar Turizm.

•This price list and program are valid until a new price list is released.

•All our package program prices are limited to a minimum of 10 people. Prices may increase for groups with more than 10 people. Please inquire about pricing.

•If the passport is valid for a standard passport or more than 5 years for other passport types, even if the traveler has a valid visa, they cannot travel abroad and visa processing will not be possible. Please check your passport information and details.

•When exiting Turkish customs, the passport police require Turkish citizens or foreign nationals, even those with valid passports and visas, to have a minimum of six months of validity as of the date of travel for all passport types (Ordinary, Special Stamped, Service Stamped, Diplomatic). Therefore, our agency does not approve passports with a validity of less than six months. Hünkar Turizm has no liability to compensate passengers for the inability of passport holders with a validity of less than six months to participate in the tour.

•Hünkar Turizm acts as an intermediary between consumers participating in the tour, as well as between cruise ships, hotels, carriers, and all third parties and legal entities providing other tour-related services. Therefore, consumers who register for the tour through Hünkar Turizm are obligated to do so in violation of any agreements made between the Agency and the institutions undertaking the transportation; The parties acknowledge that the Agency, as it is not the operator, has no liability and is not directly responsible, as the primary perpetrator, for any failure of the vehicle to be present at the specified time, time, or location, any delays by land, air, or sea vehicles, strikes, terrorism, war, the possibility of war, or similar force majeure events, any disruptions resulting from the user's own fault, the personal negligence of third parties, or unforeseen technical issues, accidents resulting in material or moral damage, or any deficiencies in accommodation or facilities, as the Agency is not the operator.

For all customs-paid international departures, it is required to be present at the relevant port on the day of departure three hours before the tour departure time. Guests arriving at the port or airport via domestic flights from other cities, in particular, should adjust their flight times according to the required time at the port. Late arrival and/or inability to participate in the tour due to this reason is the responsibility of the passenger, and Hünkar Turizm has no liability for compensation to the passenger. If the relevant airline has an online check-in website, it is recommended that passengers check in in person 24 hours before their tour departure.

Hünkar Turizm acts as an intermediary between the airline and our passengers and is subject to the Hague Protocol of September 28, 1955. Flight times are subject to change prior to departure. All flight times must be confirmed by the passenger 48 hours prior to the tour departure. Passengers purchase the tour with the understanding and acceptance that flight details are subject to change.

Breakfasts at the hotel, which are included in the tour program, are served in accordance with the country's breakfast culture and are generally offered as a continental breakfast, consisting of a limited menu of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee. Groups may be served in a separate lounge.

Triple rooms are available based on hotel availability. The bed allocated for the third person in these rooms is smaller than the standard bed. Triple rooms consist of one queen bed + one extra bed. Since extra beds consist of fold-out and couch beds, tour participants are deemed to have accepted the potential for room crowding and the type of bed required when booking for a third person and/or child. Child discounts apply to one child (of the same age group) sharing with two adults.

Due to the limited number of TWIN (two-bed) rooms available at hotels, please verify your TWIN room request before booking.

If minors under 18 are not accompanied by one or both parents, they are required to have the required consent forms with them during travel.

Panoramic city tours are 2-3 hour tours designed to introduce cities and can be arranged on different days, provided their content remains the same. They do not include entrance to museums or historical sites. Additional tours are conducted with a number of people determined by the tour leader, and the dates may be changed depending on the itinerary. Tours may not operate due to weather conditions. Excursions or tours not permitted by local authorities for any reason will not be conducted. Hünkar Turizm cannot be held responsible for the cancellation of these excursions or tours.

•Participants are required to bring any health issues, pregnancy, current medications, and medical reports regarding these medications while participating in the tour.

•For additional tours along the route, guests who will not be participating will be directed by the tour leader to rest areas along the route where they can use public transportation before entering the city.

•Tour – Area – Tour Leader – Hotel information will be sent by the operations department via email 48 hours prior to tour departure.

•A passport is an official document, and the passport officer has the authority to deny entry to the country if it is damaged, soiled, or has tears, particularly at the seams or pages. In such cases, the passenger is responsible.

•For visa applications, a passport valid for at least six months after the tour end date and the required documents from the consulate are required. For this program, Turkish citizens are required to obtain a visa upon arrival. Having a visa does not guarantee entry into the country. Passport police have the authority to refuse entry to the passenger. In such cases, the passenger is responsible.
