Our tour program is organized with a specific participation requirement. If sufficient participation is not achieved, the deadline for cancellation is 20 days prior to tour departure. If the tour is canceled due to insufficient participation, you will be notified through the tour operator.

If the tour program only provides category information without specifying a name and/or if there are options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by our agency 48 hours prior to departure.

Tours may be combined with other agency tours. In such cases, Hünkar Turizm guests are responsible for Hünkar Turizm.

This price list and program are valid until a new price list is released.

Prices for all our package programs are limited to a minimum of 10 people. Prices may increase for groups with more than 10 people. Please inquire about pricing.

If the passport is valid for more than 10 years for a standard passport, or more than 5 years for other passport types, the traveler cannot travel abroad, and visa processing will not be possible, even if the traveler has a valid visa. Please check your passport information and details.

When exiting Turkish customs, the passport police require Turkish citizens or foreign nationals, even those with valid visas, to have a minimum of six months of validity as of the date of travel for all passport types (Ordinary, Special Stamped, Service Stamped, Diplomatic). Therefore, our agency does not approve passports with a validity of less than six months. Hünkar Turizm has no liability to compensate passengers for the inability of passport holders with a validity of less than six months to participate in the tour.

Hünkar Turizm acts as an intermediary between the consumers participating in the tour, as well as between the ships, hotels, carriers, and all third parties and legal entities providing other tour-related services. Therefore, consumers who register for the tour through the agency are obligated to do so, contrary to any agreements made between the agency and the companies providing the transportation services. The parties acknowledge that the Agency, as it is not the operator, has no liability and is not directly responsible, as the primary perpetrator, for any failure of the vehicle to be present at the specified time, time, or location, any delays by land, air, or sea vehicles, strikes, terrorism, war, the possibility of war, or similar force majeure events, any disruptions resulting from the user's own fault, the personal negligence of third parties, or unforeseen technical issues, accidents resulting in material or moral damage, or deficiencies in accommodation or facilities, and that the Agency is not responsible for any damages arising from the service provided.

For all international departures with customs clearance, it is mandatory to be present at the relevant port on the day of departure three hours before the tour departure time. Guests arriving at the port or airport via domestic flights from other cities should adjust their flight times accordingly. Late arrival and/or inability to participate in the tour due to this reason is the responsibility of the passenger, and Hünkar Turizm has no liability for compensation to the passenger. If the relevant airline has an online check-in website, it is recommended that passengers check in in person 24 hours before their tour departure.

Hünkar Turizm acts as an intermediary between the airline and our passengers and is subject to the Hague Protocol of September 28, 1955. Flight times are subject to change before departure. All flight times must be confirmed by the passenger 48 hours before the tour departure. Passengers purchase the tour with the understanding and acceptance that flight details are subject to change.

Breakfasts at the hotel, which are included in the tour program, are served in accordance with the country's breakfast culture and are generally offered as a continental breakfast, consisting of a limited menu of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee. Groups may be served in a separate lounge.

Triple rooms are available based on hotel availability. The bed allocated to the third person in these rooms is smaller than the standard bed. Triple rooms consist of one queen bed + one extra bed. Since extra beds consist of fold-out and couch beds, tour participants are deemed to have accepted the potential for room crowding and the type of bed required when booking for a third person and/or child. Child discounts apply to one child (of the same age group) sharing with two adults.

Due to the limited number of TWIN (two-bed) rooms available at hotels, please check your TWIN room request before booking.

If minors under 18 are not accompanied by one or both parents, they are required to have the required consent forms with them during the trip.

Panoramic city tours are 2-3 hour tours designed to introduce cities and can be arranged on different days, provided the content remains the same. They do not include entrance to museums or historical sites. Additional tours are conducted with a number of people determined by the tour leader, and the dates may be changed depending on the schedule. Tours may not operate due to weather conditions. Excursions or tours not permitted by local authorities for any reason will not be conducted. Hünkar Turizm cannot be held responsible for the cancellation of these excursions or tours.

Participants are required to bring any health issues, pregnancy, current medications, and medical reports regarding these medications while participating in the tour.

For additional tours along the route, guests who will not be participating will be directed by the tour leader to rest areas along the route where they can use public transportation before entering the city.

Information regarding the tour, area, tour leader, and hotel will be sent by email by the operations department 48 hours prior to tour departure.

A passport is an official document, and the passport officer has the authority to deny entry to the country if it is damaged, soiled, or has tears, particularly at the seams or pages. In such cases, the passenger is responsible.

For visa applications, a passport valid for at least six months after the tour end date and the documents required by the consulate are required.

A Russian e-visa is required for this program. An e-visa is not available for green passports.

Obtaining a visa does not guarantee entry into the country. Passport police have the authority to deny entry to the passenger. In such cases, the passenger is responsible.
