Day 1

Istanbul • Medina • Al Ula

Meeting in Istanbul (Sabiha Gökçen or Istanbul Airport optional). Depart for Medina with the selected airline. Upon arrival, visit and greet our beloved Prophet Muhammad Mustafa (PBUH). Then, depart for Al Ula (330 km) to travel back in time by luxury vehicle. After the panoramic city tour, arrival at the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 2

Al Ula • Travel through time

After breakfast at our hotel, our Al Ula time travel tour begins. Our first stop is Al Ula Old Town. You'll be amazed by the reconstruction of the city's ancient settlement, with its narrow streets and adobe houses, home to 900 households. After admiring the city view from the Bastion of the Old City, our journey to the Nabataean Kingdom begins. Our jeeps waiting at the museum entrance will take us to explore Madain Salih, commonly known as Madain Salih, located within the Hegra Archaeological Site. Inscribed on the UNESCO World Cultural Heritage List in 2008, Madain Salih (Hegra) resembles the ancient city of Petra and boasts dozens of rock-cut tombs dating to approximately the same period. Along with Petra, it was one of the most important permanent settlements of the Nabataean Kingdom. Our guide will provide detailed information about the Nabataean Kingdom and provide the opportunity to photograph the most important rock tombs. After completing our program, we return to the museum entrance in our jeeps and depart by bus for the Elephant Rock, a unique natural formation. Volcanic eruptions, floodwaters, and wind have shaped this elephant-like rock over millions of years. A wonderful desert camp built around it offers free time for tea, coffee, and photography. After completing our program, we'll head back to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 3

Al Ula

After breakfast at our hotel, you'll have free time. Guests can join optional tours if they wish.

AL ULA BUGGY TOUR – 90 Minutes – $120 per person

Get ready for an exciting buggy ride through the rugged dunes and magnificent sandstone mountains of Al Ula.

This unforgettable UTV buggy experience is nothing short of an incredible journey! An experienced Husaak driver will take you through narrow canyons, over towering dunes, and across challenging terrain. Let your adventurous side take flight in these open-top buggies. Embark on an unconventional adventure and see a new side of Al Ula as you race across the golden desert.

Notes:

We recommend arriving 10 minutes before your start time. The buggy ride is led by Husaak's experienced team, who have extensive knowledge of Al Ula's natural environment. After a detailed safety briefing, guests will head into the desert in buggies driven by Husaak's expert guides. The vehicles will stop at various points to take photos of AlUla's breathtaking views. Each UTV will accommodate one guide/driver and three guests. For safety reasons, children must sit in the back seat with their parent or guardian. All guests will be strapped into the vehicles and provided with a helmet, safety goggles, and gloves for the journey.

Children ages 8 and older are welcome.

ABSELING TOUR – 120 Minutes – $70 per person

Experience the world of mountaineering in AlUla with a controlled descent from one of AlUla's majestic mountains.

With a seat belt, helmet, and gloves, you can safely participate in this activity. You'll descend from a jagged rock, overlooking the tranquil seascape of AlUla, with breathtaking views. Climbers, whether experienced or unfamiliar, are welcome to the magnificent world of mountaineering in AlUla.

ALULA HOT AIR BALLOON TOUR – 180 Minutes – $290 per person

Explore Al Ula from the sky with a hot-air journey in Al Ula's warm climate.

Experience the mesmerizing sunrise over Al Ula, set against the tranquil sea-like deserts of Al Ula. Feel the thrill of sunrise every second of your hot air balloon flight. Experience the early morning desert frost warming your skin as the sun warms it. Enjoy the view of Al Ula from 1,200 meters above, with the sound of the hot air balloon mingling with the silence of the desert.

AL ULA STAIRWAY TOUR – 60 Minutes – $60 per person

Thrill seekers need look no further than Al Ula! First, we'll embark on a thrilling climb up a 45-meter suspended staircase. Experience this thrilling and adrenaline-pumping experience, accompanied by the breathtaking views of Al Ula! See you at the summit.

HAMMOCK CANYON CLIMBING HIKE – 180 Minutes – $70 per person

Challenging aerial challenges and suspended obstacles waiting to be overcome make up the Al Ula Via Ferrata climbing route. Safety systems allow you to move freely on ladders and bridges while experiencing the Via Ferrata canyon. Meet us at the Hammock Net, 200 meters above the rock, for a unique experience.

ZIPLINE – 60 Minutes – $70 per person

Experience the longest and fastest zipline in the Kingdom. Race the Al Ula Mountains at 120 km/h for 1.5 kilometers while savoring the unparalleled views of Al Ula. Whether you're an adrenaline junkie or simply looking for your next adventure, these ziplines are a must-try when you visit Al Ula.

Day 4

Al Ula

After breakfast at our hotel, you'll have free time. Guests can join optional tours if they wish.

MOUNTAIN SWING - 60 Minutes - $90 per person

Suspended in the air above a grand canyon, this high-speed swing will send you 85 meters above the ground, tracing a 70-meter arc as you launch yourself off the canyon walls, sending your adrenaline soaring! Daring adventurers can run and jump from the edge of the mountain. As the swing slows, you'll be lowered to the ground, creating an unforgettable experience.

ALULA HELICOPTER TOUR - $290 per person

Experience iconic desert landscapes like Elephant Rock and Hegra, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, from the air. This world-renowned experience will be a memory of a lifetime. Buckle up and fasten your seatbelt for takeoff. Get ready for a view of Al Ula from above! Enjoy seven of Al Ula's most famous sights and heritage sites on a 30-minute helicopter tour with a helicopter pilot as your guide. OASIS DISCOVERY TOUR - 90 Minutes - $30 per person

Get ready for a magnificent journey with a guide through the natural beauty and beautiful gardens of Oasis, a paradise-like oasis nestled in the scorching heat of Al Ula Desert. Enjoy the Oasis while learning all about its rich farms, precious spring water, and the history of its mud-brick houses.

Meeting Location: Heart of the Oasis. Parking: Parking is free at the Parking Area. At the end of the tour, guests will take a shuttle bus from Al Jadidah to the Parking Area.

JEEP SAFARI TOUR IN SHARAAN VALLEY - 240 Minutes - $110 per person

Depart from the hotel at 06:00 to the Camping Area, where the Jeep Safari will begin. Arrive at Sharaan Nature Reserve at 07:00. Sharaan Nature Reserve, a 1,500-square-kilometer area of towering red rock canyons, sprawling deserts, and valleys covered with delicate wildflowers, offers a treasure trove of natural wonders. If you're lucky, you might even spot an Arabian Ibex. After a Jeep safari through the valleys, taking in the beautiful scenery, return to your hotel.

Day Tour:

• 08:50 - Meet at Pangea Central for an information session about the tour

• 09:00 - Begin the journey to Sharaan Nature Reserve

• 09:30 - Arrive at Sharaan Nature Reserve, where you'll enjoy stops at Raqasat (Dancing Rocks) and Camel Valley, where you'll have the chance to observe the local animals while enjoying a pot of tea.

• 12:00 noon - Begin the journey back to Pangea Central

• 12:30 - Arrive at Pangea Central

Evening Tour:

• 1:50 PM - Meet at Pangea Center for an information session about the tour

• 2:00 PM - We begin our journey to Sharaan Nature Reserve

• 2:30 PM - Arrive at Sharaan Nature Reserve, where you'll enjoy stops at Raqasat (Dancing Rocks) and Camel Valley; here, you'll have the chance to observe the local animals while enjoying a pot of tea

• 4:00 PM - We begin our return journey to Pangea Center

• 5:00 PM - Arrive at Pangea Center

Day 5

Al Ula

After breakfast at our hotel, free time. Guests can participate in optional tours. Transfer from your hotel according to your flight time. Depart for the airport. The end of our enjoyable tour.

Important Information

•Our tour program is organized with a specific participation requirement. If sufficient participation is not achieved, the cancellation deadline is 20 days before the tour departure. Cancellations due to insufficient participation will be notified to you through the tour operator.

•If the tour program only provides category information without specifying a name and/or if there are options for the same destination, our agency will notify you of the hotel(s) 48 hours prior to the tour departure.

•Tours can be combined with tours offered by other agencies. In such cases, Hünkar Turizm guests are the responsibility of Hünkar Turizm.

•This price list and program are valid until a new price list is released.

•All our package programs are limited to a minimum of 10 people. Prices may increase for groups exceeding 10 people. Please inquire about pricing.

•If the passport is valid for more than 10 years for regular passports, or more than 5 years for other passport types, the traveler cannot travel abroad, even if they have a valid visa, and visa processing cannot be performed on their passport. Please check your passport information and details.

•When exiting Turkish customs, the passport police require Turkish citizens or foreign nationals, even those with valid visas, to have a minimum of 6 months of validity from the date of travel for all passport types (Ordinary, Special Stamped, Service Stamped, Diplomatic). Therefore, our agency does not approve passports with a validity of less than 6 months. Hünkar Turizm has no liability to compensate passengers for their inability to participate in the tour if their passport is valid for less than 6 months.

•Hünkar Turizm acts as an intermediary between consumers participating in the trip, as well as between ships, hotels, carriers, and all third parties and legal entities providing other trip-related services. Therefore, the parties acknowledge that, due to the Agency's lack of operator status, it is not liable, nor is it directly responsible, as the primary perpetrator, for any losses or damages arising from the failure of consumers to register for the trip through the Agency to appear at the specified timetables, times, or locations, contrary to agreements between the Agency and the companies undertaking the transportation; any delays by land, air, or sea vehicles; strikes, terrorism, war, the possibility of war, or similar force majeure events; any disruptions resulting from the operator's own fault, the personal negligence of third parties, or unforeseen technical issues; accidents resulting in material or moral damage; or inadequate accommodation or facilities; or faulty service.

•For all customs-paid international departures, it is mandatory to be present at the relevant port three hours before the tour departure time on the day of departure. Guests arriving at ports or airports, particularly those arriving from other cities via domestic flights, should arrange their flight times according to the time they are expected to be at the port. Any delays and/or inability to join the tour are the responsibility of the passenger, and Hünkar Turizm has no liability for compensation to the passenger. If the relevant airline has an online check-in site, it is recommended that passengers check in in person 24 hours before the tour departure.

Hünkar Turizm acts as an intermediary between the airline and our passengers and is subject to the Hague Protocol of September 28, 1955. Flight times are subject to change prior to departure. All flight times must be confirmed by the passenger 48 hours prior to the tour departure. Our passengers purchase the tour with the understanding and understanding that flight details are subject to change.

•Breakfast at the hotel, which is included in the tour program, is served in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country visited, and is a limited menu consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, generally referred to as a continental breakfast. Groups may be served in a separate lounge.

•Triple rooms are subject to hotel availability. The bed allocated to the third person in these rooms is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 queen bed + 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are made up of folding beds and couch beds, tour participants are deemed to have accepted the possibility of room crowding and the type of bed required when booking for a third person and/or a child. Child discounts apply to one child (of the same age group) sharing with 2 adults.

•Due to the limited number of TWIN rooms available at hotels, please check your TWIN room request before booking.

•If minors under the age of 18 are not accompanied by one or both parents, they are required to have the required consent forms with them during the trip.

•Panoramic city tours are 2-3 hour tours designed to introduce cities and can be arranged on different days, provided the content remains the same. They do not include entrance to museums or historical sites. Additional tours are conducted with a number of people determined by the tour leader, and the dates may be changed according to the program's flow. Tours may not take place due to weather conditions. Excursions or tours that are not permitted by local authorities for any reason will not be carried out. Hünkar Turizm cannot be held responsible for the cancellation of these excursions or tours.

•Participants are required to bring with them any health issues, pregnancy, current medications, and medical records regarding these medications before participating in the tour.

•For additional tours along the route, guests who will not be participating will be directed by the tour leader to rest areas along the route where they can use public transportation before entering the city.

•Information regarding the tour, area, tour leader, and hotel will be emailed by the operations department 48 hours prior to the tour departure.

•A passport is an official document, and if it is damaged, dirty, or torn in any way, especially at the seams or pages, the passport officer has the authority to deny entry. In such cases, the passenger is responsible.

•A passport valid for at least six months after the tour end date and the required documents from the consulate are required for visa applications. An Israeli visa is required for participation in this tour. Obtaining a visa does not guarantee entry to the country. The passport officer has the authority to deny entry to the passenger. In such cases, the passenger is responsible.
