•The hotels in the tour program are estimated lists. Depending on availability in the region, stays may be in other hotels of the same standard. You can learn the exact hotel information from our agency 48 hours before the tour.
•Hotels or restaurants used in tours may serve alcohol. Depending on regional conditions, our company is careful to use non-alcoholic venues as much as possible. However, especially in European conditions, hotels and restaurants serve alcohol.
•Triple rooms are provided subject to hotel availability. There is an extra bed application in 3-person rooms, and the 3rd bed may be a folding bed smaller than the standard bed. Guests wishing to stay in a triple room are deemed to have accepted this in advance.
•Child discounts are only valid for children staying with 2 adults.
•We advise our guests who will participate in tours requiring a visa to read our cancellation and refund conditions and to register for a tour where their visa will be ready in time. For European Tours, we recommend registering 2 months before the tour and completing your visa procedures 1 month before the tour. In case of any disruption caused by the visa, our company's cancellation and refund conditions apply.
•Our company has no responsibility for visas obtained through our company. We only provide consultancy services regarding document procurement, arrangement, and submission. If your visa is not issued, the fee paid for the visa is not refundable. For the refund of the fee paid for the tour, cancellation and refund conditions apply.
•Do not forget to take slippers and a prayer rug with you on every tour. We do not have mosque or prayer room facilities at every prayer time depending on the conditions of the region you are traveling to. Our guide will direct you to a place where you can pray.
•Our guide has the right to make changes in the program with the approval of our agency and to cancel some places in the sightseeing points due to weather conditions and/or force majeure. All guests participating in our tour are deemed to have accepted this.
•In cases where the Consumer or the Agency cancels the tour, etc.; The refund is made in the currency paid by the guest and in the way they paid. (If credit card TL payment, TL refund to the card. If foreign currency payment, foreign currency refund.)
•Airline companies have a sequential flight rule due to protocol agreements. If the consumer misses any flight leg, all remaining flight legs are canceled. No cancellation/refund or change can be made in any way.
•We strongly request our guests not to buy individual domestic flights due to flight time changes that may occur in our tours or delays in connecting flights. The connecting domestic flight made by our company also covers the next international flight. In case of delay, etc., on the domestic line, a free ticket is issued for the next international flight. GENERAL CONDITIONS General conditions are an integral part of the 'Tour Brochure' and 'Tour Registration Agreement' and cannot be considered independently. Our Tour Program is organized with a certain participation condition. If sufficient participation is not achieved for the trip, the last cancellation notification date is 20 days before the tour departure. The tour canceled due to insufficient participation will be notified to you via operations. In cases where only category information is given without specifying names in the tour program and/or there are options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by our agency 48 hours before the trip departure. Tours can be combined with other agency tours. In such cases, the guests of our Agency are under the responsibility of our Agency. This price list and program are valid until a new price list is issued. Our prices in all our package programs are limited to quotas up to a minimum of 10 people, and there may be a price increase for your groups exceeding the number of people. Please ask for price information. In normal passports, if the passport issuance date is more than 10 years, and in other passport types, if it is more than 5 years, even if the person who will participate in the trip has a valid visa, they cannot go abroad and a visa cannot be obtained for the passport. Please check your passport information and details. The passport police requires a minimum of 6 months validity as of the travel date for all passport types (Ordinary, Special Stamped, Service Stamped, Diplomatic) for Turkish Citizens or Foreign nationals, even if they have a passport with a valid visa, when leaving Turkish customs. Therefore, passports with less than 6 months validity are not approved by our agency. Our Agency has no compensation liability to the passenger due to the inability of passport holders with less than 6 months validity to participate in the tour. Our Agency is in the position of an intermediary between the consumers who will participate in the trip and the ship, hotel, carrier companies, and all kinds of third parties providing other services related to the trip and legal entities. Therefore, the parties know that the Agency is not responsible for the consumers who register for the trip by applying to it, contrary to the agreements made between the Agency and the institutions undertaking the transportation; for not being present at the vehicle programs, times, and places shown, for all kinds of delays of land, air, and sea vehicles, for strikes, terror, war and war possibilities, force majeure similar to these, for all kinds of disruptions caused by the driver's own fault or the personal faults of third parties or unforeseeable technical issues, for material and moral damaged accidents, for incomplete accommodation or faulty services of the facilities, as the Agency does not have the title of operator, and that it is not directly responsible as the principal perpetrator. For all customs international departures, it is necessary to be present at the relevant port 3 hours before the tour departure time on the day of departure. Especially guests who will come to ports or airports with domestic flights from other cities need to adjust their flight times according to the time they need to be at the port. Therefore, the responsibility for being late and/or not being able to participate in the tour belongs to the passenger, and our Agency has no compensation liability to the passenger. If the relevant airline has an online check-in site, it is recommended to do the check-in procedures personally 24 hours before the tour departure. Our Agency; is in an intermediary position between the airline and our passengers and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. Flight times may change before the flight. All flight times must be confirmed by the passenger 48 hours before the tour departure time. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change. Among the services included in the tour program, breakfasts taken at the hotel are offered with a limited menu consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, generally called Continental breakfast, suitable for the breakfast culture of the country located, and may be served in a separate hall allocated for the group. Triple rooms can be given according to the availability of the hotels, and the bed allocated to the 3rd person in such rooms is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Since extra beds consist of beds called opening-closing and couch beds, the tour participant 3rd Person and/or child reservations are deemed to have declared that they accept the congestion and bed type that may be experienced in the rooms. Child discounts are valid for a single child -fitting the age group- staying with 2 adults. Due to the limited number of TWIN (2 separate beds) rooms in hotels, please check your TWIN room request before booking. In cases where children under the age of 18 who are not considered adults do not participate in the tour with one or both of their parents, it is mandatory to have the consents required for participation in the tour with them during the trip. Panoramic city tours are tours lasting 2-3 hours organized for the promotion of cities and can be organized on different days provided that the content does not change. It does not include museum and ruins entrances. Extra tours are carried out with the number of people to be determined by the tour leader and their days can be changed by the tour leader according to the flow of the program. Tours may not take place depending on weather conditions. Trips or tours that are not allowed to be visited or gone by local authorities for any reason are not made. Our Agency cannot be held responsible for the inability to make these trips or tours. People must have their health problems regarding participation in the tour, pregnancy status, drugs they use constantly, and reports related to these drugs with them. In extra tours to be held on the road, our guests who will not participate in the tour will be directed by the tour leader to resting areas where they can benefit from public transportation vehicles on the road before entering the city. Tour – Area – Tour Leader - Hotel information will be sent by e-mail by the operations department 48 hours before the tour departure. The passport is an official document, and the passport police has the authority not to let you into the country due to reasons such as being damaged, dirty, especially torn in the stitching or pages. In such a case, the responsibility belongs to the passenger. For visa application, a passport valid for at least 6 months from the end of the tour and documents requested by the consulate are required. A Schengen visa is required for this program. There is no visa application for Green passports. Having a visa does not mean that you can enter the country. The passport police has the authority not to let the passenger into the country. In such a case, the responsibility belongs to the passenger.
