Our hotel is located in the center of Side. Our facility, which is right next to the ancient Side, has restaurants, shopping malls, a post office, parking areas, and public transportation facilities. It is 100 meters and 3 minutes walking distance to the sea. Side beach is a completely sandy and shallow beach. You can also reach Side Ancient City by walking 15 minutes. Our hotel is a building renovated in 2024. High-speed free internet is offered in all our rooms and outdoor areas. Our rooms are furnished with specially designed furniture made of solid wood. Our beds and linens are completely new and comfortable products. Our rooms have a minibar, air conditioning, and a TV with satellite broadcasts. Our bathrooms are offered with our special cotton towels, hygiene products and cleaning materials for daily use. All our rooms have large balconies.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations 30 days or more in advance are free. For cancellations between 30-20 days, 40% deduction applies; between 20-15 days, 60% deduction applies, and the remaining amount is refunded. For cancellations 15 days or less, 100% deduction applies and no refund is made.
