We offer 13 rooms, two patios, a swimming pool, and two large terraces, including one with a 360° panoramic view over the rooftops, the Atlas Mountains, and the sunrise and sunset. Located in a quiet alley, we are a 7-minute walk from Jemaa el-Fnaa and the Bahia Palace, 5 minutes from the souks, and close to the main tourist sites. Several private parking lots are just a few meters away. Marrakech Menara Airport is about 20 minutes (5 miles) away. Our dedicated team is available to advise you and assist in organizing excursions and city visits.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations 30 days or more in advance are free. For cancellations between 30-20 days, 40% deduction applies; between 20-15 days, 60% deduction applies, and the remaining amount is refunded. For cancellations 15 days or less, 100% deduction applies and no refund is made.
