When can we try to match a price?
When you contact us as soon as you find the lower price, with the full details and the price.
When the price you found is still bookable on the website or by email at the time of your request.
When the offer is identical to the one on HalalWorld: same hotel or villa, same room/apartment type, same check-in and check-out dates, same conditions (board basis, cancellation policy, package discount, etc.).
When your request reaches us at least 48 hours before check-in.
When can we not match a price?
When the other website does not specify the room type until the date of confirmation.
When the price comes from member-only rates, loyalty points, frequent-customer discounts or similar reward programmes.
When the accommodation price is part of a package (a flight + hotel combination, for example) and cannot be separated from it.
When you already hold a confirmed non-refundable booking.
If we cannot match the other offer and you have already booked on HalalWorld, your existing booking and its cancellation policy stay exactly as they are — nothing changes because of your request.
