•Our tours are organized based on a minimum number of participants. If the required number of participants is not met, the tour may be cancelled up to 20 days before departure. Cancellations due to insufficient participation will be communicated through our operations department.
•If the tour program specifies only a hotel category without naming a specific property, or offers multiple hotel options in the same destination, final hotel details will be announced by our agency 48 hours before departure.
•Tours may be combined with other agencies’ tours. In such cases, all participants remain under the responsibility of our agency.
•This price list and program remain valid until a new version is published.
•Prices in all package programs are based on a minimum group size of 10 people. For larger private groups, price adjustments may apply. Please consult us for updated rates.
•If the issue date of an ordinary passport exceeds 10 years, or in other types of passports exceeds 5 years, even if a valid visa exists, the passenger cannot travel abroad, and a new visa cannot be issued on that passport. Please check your passport details carefully.
•Passport control authorities require that all passports—regardless of type (Ordinary, Special, Service, or Diplomatic)—must be valid for at least six months beyond the travel date. Our agency does not approve participation for passports with less than six months’ validity. In such cases, our agency bears no liability for any losses incurred due to denied travel.
•Our agency acts as an intermediary between travelers and third parties such as hotels, transport companies, or cruise operators. Therefore, our agency cannot be held responsible for any delays, cancellations, strikes, wars, acts of terrorism, or other force majeure events, nor for any losses, damages, or deficiencies caused by third-party service providers.
•For all international departures, travelers must be present at the designated meeting point at least 3 hours before departure. Passengers traveling from other cities by domestic flights must arrange their schedules accordingly. The agency is not responsible for missed connections due to late arrival.
•Our agency acts as an intermediary between passengers and airlines under the provisions of the Hague Protocol dated 28.09.1955. Flight times are subject to change. Passengers are responsible for confirming flight schedules 48 hours before departure.
•Breakfasts included in the tour are served according to local customs and are generally continental style (bread, butter, jam, tea, or coffee). Group breakfasts may be served in a separate dining area.
•Triple rooms are provided subject to availability and usually include one double bed and one extra folding bed (sofa or rollaway). The third bed is smaller than the standard beds. Guests booking triple or child accommodations are deemed to accept these conditions.
•Twin rooms (two separate beds) are limited in number. Please confirm availability before booking.
•Participants under 18 years of age who travel without one or both parents must carry a notarized parental consent letter during travel.
•Panoramic city tours are short introductory sightseeing tours (2–3 hours) and do not include museum or site entrance fees. Optional excursions are organized depending on group size and may change due to weather or operational reasons. The agency is not liable for tours cancelled due to local authority restrictions or weather conditions.
•Participants must carry their medical documents and any prescribed medications during travel. Pregnant travelers and those with health conditions should consult their doctors before joining the tour.
•For optional excursions not attended, travelers will be directed by the tour leader to rest areas or public facilities along the route.
•Detailed tour information (guide, hotels, meeting points, etc.) will be sent by email 48 hours before departure.
•Passports are official documents. Damaged, torn, or heavily worn passports may be rejected by border authorities. In such cases, responsibility lies solely with the traveler.
•For visa applications, a passport valid for at least 6 months beyond the tour end date and the required documents specified by the consulate are necessary. A Schengen visa is required for this program. Green (Special) passports are exempt from visa requirements. However, possessing a visa does not guarantee entry; border police have the authority to deny entry. The agency cannot be held responsible in such cases.
