•The hotels in the tour program are estimated hotel lists. Depending on regional availability, accommodation may be provided in other hotels of the same standard. You can learn the exact hotel information from our agency 48 hours before the tour.
•Hotels or restaurants used in tours may serve alcohol. Depending on the suitability of regional conditions, our company pays attention to using non-alcoholic venues as much as possible. However, especially in European conditions, hotels and restaurants serve alcohol.
•Triple rooms are provided according to the availability of the hotels. There is an extra bed application in 3-person rooms, and the 3rd bed may be a folding bed smaller than the standard bed. Guests who want to stay in a 3-person room are deemed to have accepted this in advance.
•Child discounts are valid only for children staying with 2 adults.
•We recommend that our guests who will participate in a tour requiring a visa read our cancellation and refund conditions and register for a tour where their visas will be ready in time. For European Tours, we recommend that you register for the tour 2 months in advance and complete your visa procedures 1 month before the tour. In case of a possible disruption caused by the visa, our company's cancellation and refund conditions apply.
•Our company has no responsibility for visas obtained through our company. We only provide consultancy services regarding the supply, arrangement, and submission of documents. In case your visa is not issued, the fee paid for the visa is not refundable. Cancellation and refund conditions apply for the refund of the fee paid for the tour.
•Do not forget to take slippers and a prayer rug with you on every tour. Depending on the conditions of the region you travel to, we do not have mosque or masjid facilities at all times. Our guide will direct you regarding the place where you can pray.
•Our guide has the right to make changes in the program with the approval of our agency and to cancel some places in the excursion points depending on the weather conditions and/or force majeure. All guests participating in our tour are deemed to have accepted this.
•In cases such as the consumer or the Agency cancelling the tour, etc.; The refund is made in the currency paid by the guest and in the way it was paid. (If credit card TL payment, TL refund to the card. If foreign currency payment, foreign currency refund.)
•According to the protocol agreement in airline companies, there is a sequential flight rule. In case the consumer misses any flight leg, all remaining flight legs are cancelled. No cancellation/refund or change can be made in any way.
•We strictly request our guests not to purchase individual domestic flights due to possible flight time changes or delays in connecting flights in our tours. The connecting domestic flight made by our company also covers the next international flight. In case of a delay, etc. in the domestic line, a free ticket is arranged for the next international flight. GENERAL CONDITIONS General conditions are an integral part of the 'Tour Brochure' and 'Tour Registration Agreement' and cannot be considered independently. Our Tour Program is organized with a certain participation condition. If sufficient participation is not provided for the trip, the last cancellation notification date is 20 days before the tour departure. The tour cancelled due to lack of participation will be notified to you via the tour operation. In cases where only category information is given without specifying a name in the tour program and/or there are options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by our agency 48 hours before the trip departure. Tours can be combined with other agency tours. In such cases, Hünkar Tourism guests are under the responsibility of Hünkar Tourism. This price list and program are valid until a new price list is issued. Our prices in all our package programs are limited to quotas up to a minimum of 10 people, and there may be a price increase for your groups exceeding this number. Please ask for price information. In normal passports, if the passport issuance date is more than 10 years, and in other passport types, more than 5 years, even if the person who will participate in the trip has a valid visa, they cannot go abroad and a visa cannot be obtained for the passport. Please check your passport information and details. While exiting from Turkey customs, the Passport police seeks a minimum of 6 months validity condition as of the travel date for all passport types (Ordinary, Special Stamped, Service Stamped, Diplomatic) from Turkish Citizens or Foreign nationals, or even if they have a passport with a valid visa. For this reason, passports with less than 6 months validity are not approved by our agency. Hünkar Tourism has no compensation obligation towards the passenger due to passport holders with less than 6 months validity not being able to participate in the tour. Hünkar Tourism is in the position of an intermediary between the consumers who will participate in the trip and the ship, hotel, carrier companies, and all kinds of third parties and legal entities providing other services related to the trip. Therefore, the parties know that the Agency does not have existing responsibility due to not having the title of operator and is not directly responsible as the principal perpetrator for consumers who register for the trip by applying to it not being present at the shown vehicle programs, times, and places contrary to the agreements made between the Agency and the institutions undertaking the transportation; for all kinds of delays of land, air, and sea vehicles; for strikes, terror, war and possibility of war, these or similar force majeure reasons; for all kinds of disruptions caused by the user of the transportation vehicle's own fault or third parties' personal faults or unforeseen technical issues; for accidents with material and moral damages; for incomplete accommodation or faulty services of its facilities. In all customs international departures, it is required to be present at the relevant port 3 hours before the tour departure time on the day of departure. Especially guests coming to ports or airports via domestic flights from other cities need to adjust their flight times according to the time they need to be at the port. Due to this reason, the responsibility for being late and/or not being able to participate in the tour belongs to the passenger, and Hünkar Tourism has no compensation obligation towards the passenger. If the relevant airline has an online check-in site, it is recommended to do the check-in procedures personally 24 hours before the tour movement. Hünkar Tourism; is in the position of an intermediary between the airline and our passengers and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. Flight times may change before the flight. All flight times must be confirmed by the passenger 48 hours before the tour movement time. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change. Breakfasts taken at the hotel from the services included in the tour program are presented with a limited menu consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, generally called Continental breakfast, in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country located, and may be served in a separate hall allocated for the group for groups. 3-Person rooms can be given according to the availability of the hotels, and the bed allocated to the 3rd person in this type of room is smaller than standard beds. 3-Person rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Since extra beds consist of beds called opening-closing and couch beds, tour participant 3rd person and/or child reservations are deemed to have declared that they accept the congestion and bed type that may be experienced in the rooms. Child discounts are valid for a single child fitting the age group staying with 2 adults. Since there are a limited number of TWIN (2 separate beds) rooms in hotels, check your TWIN room request before booking. In cases where children under 18 who are not considered adults do not participate in the tour with one or both of their parents, it is mandatory to have the consent letters required for participation in the tour with them during the trip. Panoramic city tours are tours lasting 2-3 hours organized for the promotion of cities and can be organized on different days provided that the content does not change. It does not include museum and ruin entrances. Extra tours are carried out with the number of people to be determined by the tour leader, and their days can be changed by the tour leader according to the flow of the program. Tours may not take place depending on weather conditions. Trips or tours that are not allowed to be visited or gone to by local authorities for any reason are not made. Hünkar Tourism cannot be held responsible for these trips or tours not being made. People must have their health problems, pregnancy status, drugs they use constantly, and reports related to these drugs with them when participating in the tour. In extra tours to be held on the road, our guests who will not participate in the tour will be directed by the tour leader to resting areas where they can benefit from public transportation vehicles located on the road before entering the city. Tour – Area – Tour Leader - Hotel information will be sent by the operation department via e-mail 48 hours before the tour movement. The passport is an official document, and the passport police has the authority not to let you into the country due to reasons such as being damaged, dirty in any way, especially having tears in the stitching or pages. In such a case, the responsibility belongs to the passenger. For visa application, a passport valid for at least 6 months from the end date of the tour and documents requested by the consulate are required. Russia e-visa is required for this program. There is no visa application for green passports. Having obtained a visa does not mean that entry into the country can be made. The passport police has the authority not to let the passenger into the country. In such a case, the responsibility belongs to the passenger.
